About Me and My Philosophy
Hi! My name is Trinity, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer accredited by NASM. I specialize primarily in hypertrophy and weight loss; however, I have extensive knowledge in sports performance as well.
My fitness journey started at a very young age as the gym was a necessary part of my sports performance. I never would have guessed that a decade later it would become a critical part of my well being and happiness rather than another chore on the todo list. I began to train with the intent of building muscle in 2022 but my journey took a turn for the worse when I attempted my first cut. Knowledge is power and because I was not properly educated, my body and mind suffered for it. I am committed to providing my clients with the proper foundational knowledge so that when our time together does eventually come to an end, you are prepared to continue living the lifestyle rather than making it just another attempt at a diet. There is no singular “best” way to improve your health and it should be perceived on an individual level. Through working with me, you will learn how to listen to your body, manage a balanced diet, find what form of exercise works for you, proper rest and recovery, how to manage your time to fit in all the things you love, and most importantly how to love every version of yourself.
